Join Jenafor for an uplifting afternoon of Yoga practices suitable for welcoming the expansive spirit of Spring season. As in all of Jenafor’s seasonal workshops, these practices will be informed by Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, which look to nature for guidance in healthy living. In this 2.5 hour workshop, Jenafor will take you through an invigorating Hatha practice, followed by a renewing Yin sequence focused on digestion and detoxification. A restorative shavasana (final rest pose) and meditation will allow time for your practice to sink in and take root.
A handout with reflection questions and bonus tips on how to best support optimal health in Spring season will be provided, along with time to journal if you wish.
Choose which seeds of intention you want to grow this Spring, learn how to water them, and enjoy the bloom of your whole-hearted efforts come Summer!
